Great for my two cats

I got this for my British Shorthair and my rescue tabby, both of whom hate grooming. The gentle teeth and the way it doubles as a massager has actually made them more tolerant of the whole process. Packaging was fine, nothing fancy, but the comb arrived intact. Shipping to Australia took about 12 days. Would buy again.

Really pleased with this purchase for my long-haired Ragdoll. It gets through tangles without making her flinch, and cleanup is super easy thanks to the push-button hair release. Came nicely packaged and arrived in 4 days with standard shipping. Only minor gripe is it's slightly bulkier than I imagined from the photos.

My Maine Coon finally knot-free!

I have a Maine Coon with incredibly thick, long fur and knots were a constant battle. This comb has been an absolute game changer. The self-cleaning button works perfectly — one press and the collected hair just pops right off. My cat actually purrs when I use it now, so the massage effect seems real. Arrived in about 10 days, packaged well in a simple box. Highly recommend for long-haired breeds.

Does the job well

Bought this for my golden retriever who sheds like crazy. It removes a surprising amount of hair in one session and the knot-removing teeth work well on tangles behind his ears. The build quality feels decent for the price — not premium, but solid enough. Delivery was faster than expected, about 6 days to the UK. Knocked one star off because the handle could be a bit more ergonomic for longer grooming sessions.

It works okay for my cat but honestly nothing spectacular. The self-cleaning feature is convenient, I'll give it that. My main complaint is the teeth feel a little sharp and my cat got jumpy a couple of times. Maybe better suited for dogs with thicker coats.

Best grooming tool I've owned

After trying three different combs for my two Persian cats, this one is definitively the winner. The combination of knot removal and the gentle massage motion keeps both cats calm during grooming. The self-cleaning mechanism is smooth and doesn't jam up even when there's a lot of fur. Great value for what you pay. Shipping to Sweden took about two weeks which was fine.

Broke after a few weeks

The self-cleaning button stopped functioning properly after maybe three weeks of daily use. The actual combing side still works but the mechanism that pushes the hair off feels loose now. Disappointed given the price point. Customer service took a long time to respond.

I use it every other day on my Siberian Husky and the amount of loose fur it collects is unbelievable. The teeth are spaced well enough to get deep into the undercoat without scratching the skin. My dog seems to enjoy the grooming session now, which never happened with our old brush. Solid build, good price, fast delivery — what more could you want?

Decent but not amazing

It removes hair fine and the self-cleaning button is handy, but I feel like the teeth bent slightly after a month of use on my cat's thick coat. It still functions but doesn't feel as sturdy as I'd hoped. Might be better for lighter coats.
