• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.
• Order confirmation is sent to your email after successful payment. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our supplier's warehouse.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as evidence.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on all product categories.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
