Obsessed with this scrub

OK so I bought this on a whim after seeing it recommended in a skincare group and I am SO glad I did. I use it three times a week and my skin has never looked healthier — the blackheads on my nose have reduced noticeably and my complexion is so much more even. The formula doesn't dry out my skin the way other charcoal products have in the past, which is a huge win. The jar is also generous in size and I feel like it'll last me at least three months. Definitely recommending this to everyone I know.

Really enjoy using this in the morning before work. It wakes up my skin and the moisturizing effect means I don't need to follow up with as much moisturizer. Shipping to Australia took about 10 days which was fine. Packaging looks premium.

My skin finally feels balanced!

I've been using this charcoal scrub every other morning for about six weeks now and honestly it's transformed my skincare routine. My T-zone used to get so oily by midday but since I started using this I've noticed my pores look visibly smaller and my skin stays matte for longer. The texture is just right — not too harsh, not too gentle — and it rinses off cleanly without leaving any residue. The packaging is sleek and the pump dispenser makes it easy to control how much product you use. Absolutely worth every cent.

Good product, slight packaging issue

The scrub itself works really well — my face feels clean and smooth after each use, and the charcoal smell is subtle which I appreciate. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the lid on mine arrived slightly cracked, though the product inside was fine. Delivery was faster than I expected. Would buy again and hope the packaging holds up better next time.

Best facial scrub I've tried

Genuinely surprised by how good this is. I was skeptical about charcoal products after trying a few duds over the years, but this one actually delivers. My skin looks brighter and the gentle exfoliation doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. Have already ordered a second tube.

It's decent for the price but nothing exceptional. I use it twice a week and my skin does feel a little smoother, but I haven't noticed the deep cleansing effect the description promises. Maybe my expectations were too high. It moisturizes okay for a scrub, I'll give it that.

Broke me out initially

I gave this two stars because the first two weeks caused a few small breakouts around my chin area. I pushed through and things settled down after that, so maybe it was a purging phase. The texture is pleasant and the scent is nice, but the initial reaction was frustrating enough that I almost returned it. Results after the breakout phase were okay but not remarkable enough to repurchase at this price point.

Average for me

Nothing terrible, nothing amazing. It cleans well enough and the charcoal particles are fine-grained so it doesn't scratch. Just didn't see the brightening results others mentioned.

Not for me

Unfortunately this irritated my skin quite a bit — redness and tightness after just one use. I have combination skin so I thought it would be fine, but I had to stop using it immediately. Packaging was nice though.
