My hair has never felt this soft

I've been using these capsules for about six weeks now and the difference is genuinely noticeable. I just pop one capsule, rub it between my fingers, and work it through the ends before styling. No greasy residue at all, which I was worried about. Good product, slight packaging issue

The serum itself works really well — my scalp feels healthier and my hair looks shinier than before. I use it three times a week after washing. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that two of the capsules in the box arrived broken and leaked a bit inside the packaging. The product inside was fine but it was a bit messy to deal with. Would buy again though.

Didn't work for my hair type

I have very fine, thin hair and this serum was way too heavy for me. Even using just half a capsule left my hair looking weighed down and greasy by midday. I tried adjusting the amount for a few weeks but never found a balance that worked. It might be great for thicker or drier hair, but for fine hair I wouldn't recommend it.

Allergic reaction — be careful

I developed an itchy rash on my scalp and neck after using this product twice. I checked the ingredients and I believe I reacted to something in it, possibly one of the oils. I understand this may not happen to everyone, but I wanted to warn others who have sensitive skin or known sensitivities to nut-based oils like macadamia. The customer service was helpful when I reached out, but I had to stop using it entirely.

Great for damaged ends

I have shoulder-length hair that was really suffering from heat styling damage. After three weeks of using one capsule on the ends every other night, the split ends look much better and my hair snaps less when I brush it. The no-rinse formula is convenient and doesn't leave a greasy feeling if you use the right amount. Lost one star because I wish the capsules were slightly larger — I sometimes need more than one for full coverage.
