Obsessed with this balm

Honestly one of the best skincare purchases I've made this year. I slather this on before bed — face, neck, hands — and wake up with incredibly soft skin. The lavender scent helps me wind down too, which is a nice bonus. Picked it up easily and it was well packaged. Already recommended it to three friends.

My skin has never felt better

I was a little skeptical about tallow-based products at first, but this balm completely won me over. The lavender scent is calming and not overpowering at all. Not quite what I expected

The product itself seems decent quality but I found the scent a bit too strong for my taste — I'm sensitive to lavender. Also, the self-pickup arrangement was a bit inconvenient for me logistically. It took a while to sort out. Might work better for others who are closer to the pickup point or who love lavender.

Solid product, slight packaging issue

Really love how this balm feels on my skin — rich but absorbs well. I use it on my lips and elbows mostly, and both have improved noticeably. Knocked off one star because the lid wasn't sealed properly when I picked it up, but the product itself was fine. Would buy again.

Did not work for me

Unfortunately this product broke me out. I applied it to my face twice and noticed irritation both times. I understand tallow works for many people but my skin didn't agree with it. The self-pickup process was also a hassle.

¡Me encantó! The balm is incredibly moisturizing, perfect for the dry climate here. I put it on after showering and my skin stays soft all day. The lavender smell is gorgeous.

The balm is good — not exceptional, but good. It hydrates well and the lavender is pleasant. My main issue is the value for money; I expected a bit more product for the price. Still, I use it regularly on my lips and it does the job.

Great natural alternative

Switched to this after getting frustrated with chemical-heavy creams and I'm really pleased. Picked it up with no issues and the packaging was neat and simple. The whipped consistency is lovely. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I'd love a fragrance-free version.
